Day 2: Drive to Kombolcha

Day 3: Drive to Woldya on the way visit Hayq Estifanos monastery and lake
Lake Haik is a fresh water lake of Ethiopia. It is located north of Dessie. Lake Haik is 6.7 km long and 6 km wide, with a surface area of 23 sq.km. It has a maximum depth of 88 m and is at an elevation of 1920 meters above sea level. The church in the island on the lake was first built in 862 A.D. by the bishop Abune Selama the second in the reign of Atse Delene'ad in the name of St. Estifanous the first martyr. Just after 400 years. In 1262 A.D., the monk Abune Iyesus Moa established a monastic life and the island became a monastery.

Day 4: Drive to Lalibella
Afternoon visit the first group Rock hewn churches of Lalibella. Overnight Hotel.

Day 5: Lalibella
Morning Visit the second group Rock-Hewn churches of lalibela and afternoon visit other rock churches out of lalibela town. Overnight Hotel.

Day 6: Drive to Mekele
on the way passes though the Sekota massive. Overnight Hotel.

Day 7: Visit Tigray Rock churches
Churches as Abreha we Alsbeha, Dugum Sellasie, Wikro Cherkos. Overnight Hotel.

Day 8: Visit Tigray Rock churches
The Churches as Michael Imba, Michael Debre Selam and Michael Barka. Overnight Hotel.

Day 9: Drive to Axum
On the way visit Debre Damo monastery , Yeha temple the oldest temple in the country then proceed to Axum. Overnight Hotel.

Day 10: Full day in Axum
You will have breakfast and will visit all day to the Steale of Axum, the Inscription of Ezana, Queen Sheba?s Palace, the famous St. Mary of Zion Church, ruins of ancient palaces (built until 4th century A.D.), with lunch break in between. In the evening, you will get back to the hotel and spend the night there. Overnight Hotel.

Day 11: Drive to Gondar
Crossing Tekeze Gorge and the dramatic Semien Mountains, lunch will be served from launch box on one of the view point. Overnight Hotel.

Day 12: Full day in Gondar
You will be driven to Gondar (185 Km) right after breakfast. Then you will check into a hotel and after a brief break, you will have lunch. Then, you will visit to the Royal Castles & the Bath of Emperor Fasiledes (the bath is filled with water for the important Timkat (epiphany) ceremony once a year. You will continue your visit to Debre Birhan Selassie Church (Trinity at the Mount of Light), the Castle of Empress Mintewab, and Kuskwam Complex which is a royal compound built by the Empress Mentewab.
Early in the evening, you will visit ?AzmariBet? at Traditional Music Houses after which you will have dinner at the hotel and stay there for the night. Overnight Hotel.

Day 13: Drive to Bahir Dar
You will be driven to Bahir Dar (185 Km) right after breakfast. Then you will check into a hotel where you will check and rest for few minutes. Then after lunch Your first visit will be to Lake Tana on a boat ride where you will visit to the medieval period island monasteries (beautiful mural paintings, religious books & sacred) on Lake Tana such as: Kibran Gabriel (only for men), Entos and on the Zegien peninsula visit Ura Kidan Mehiret, Azuwa Mariam, Mahal Giorgis. After lunch, you will drive (some 30 Km) and visit to the Blue Nile Falls. In the evening, you will have dinner and stay the night at the hotel. Overnight Hotel.

Day 14: Bahir Dar
After breakfast, you will drive (some 30 Km) and visit to the Blue Nile Falls. Then drive to Debre Markos. Overnight Hotel.

Day 15: Drive to Addis Ababa
Blue Nile gorge, Debre Libanos monastery-Addis Ababa. OVERNIGHT HOTEL.

Day 16: Departure
Fly back to home.
