Overview

Wow Ethiopia Tours & Travel is a duly licensed Tour & Travel company based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Before making a reservation with Wow Ethiopia Tours & Travel, we advise you to read these Terms and Conditions carefully.

Booking

A booking is confirmed and these Terms and Conditions shall apply when Wow Ethiopia Tours & Travel have received the applicable deposit from the client and the client has received written confirmation from Wow Ethiopia Tours & Travel of such booking.

Your holiday cost must be paid in full at least 30 days before the departure date. If you book within 30 days of your departure date, payment must be made in full at the time of booking or on arrival.

Cancellation

A client may cancel their booking by notifying Wow Ethiopia Tours & Travel. The applicable cancellation fees shall be determined with reference to the date on which the request to cancel is received by Wow Ethiopia Tours & Travel and are expressed hereinafter as a percentage of the total price paid for the cancelled tour.

a) Cancellation received 30 days or more before the tour starts: No Cancellation Fees will be charged

b) Cancellation received 20 – 30 days before the tour starts: 30% Cancellation Fee will be charged

C) Cancellation received 10– 20 days before the tour starts: 50% Cancellation Fee will be charged

d) Cancellation received 5– 10 days before the tours starts: 100% Cancellation Fee will be charged

Passport, Visa & Immigration Requirments

It is your (“client”) responsibility to fulfill the passport, visa and other immigration requirements applicable to your itinerary. You should confirm these with the relevant embassies and/or consulates. We do not accept any responsibility in the case of you being unable to travel due to not complying with any such requirements.

Special Requests

For any special requests, please inform us in writing when booking is made. We are happy to pass your special requests on to the hotel, airline or other supplier but we cannot guarantee that it will be accommodated, however we will do our best given sufficient time of notice. Unless and until specifically confirmed all special requests are subject to availability.

Complaints

Our main goal is to provide our Clients with excellent services. If our Clients, for any reason, are not satisfied with our holiday package, we would like to hear about it. We recommend our Client to contact us as soon as any incident occurs.
